Q: Can I expect any hidden costs?
A: There aren't any hidden costs. We do however offer additional services such as specialty linens with your choice of colors, punch fountain, bar service, PA system and many more options that may be included in your package price.

Q: Is a deposit required to secure my date?
A: Yes. A minimum of $250.00 for parties over 50 people. Please note all deposits are non-refundable.

Q: Are we allowed to bring in any of our own food items?
A: At Bella Domani cakes and cookies are acceptable, however menu items would be at our discretion.

Q: Are we allowed to make any changes in the menu, and how soon should the changes be presented?
A: At Bella Domani we pride ourselves on being flexible, we do allow for changes in menu choices with a 14 day notice.

Q: Should we let the caterer know about any food allergies or special dietary requirements?
A: Absolutely. Your caterer should make every effort to satisfy any special requirements.

Q: Can we take home any leftover food?
A: No. All food remains the property of Bella Domani, however under special circumstances a meal may be set aside if arrangements are made in advance.

Q: Do you cut and serve cake, and is there a charge for this service?
A: Yes we do cut and serve your cake, this is a complimentary service that we offer to our clients.

Q: What is the itinerary for serving dinner, and how long will it be available?
A: The itinerary for serving dinner is up to the customer. Generally dinner should be served 45 minutes to an hour into the event. In a buffet situation dinner is usually available 15-20 minutes after the entire party has been through the buffet line.

Q: Will tables be called for the buffet?
A: It is recommened for parties of 50 or more.

Q: How early are we allowed to come in to set up before our event?
A: You are allowed one hour prior to event for setup and decorating, however please ask that your guests do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.

Q: When is my final count due, and what happens if my final count increases or decreases?
A: Your final count is expected 14 days prior to event. This count may not be decreased, however if your guest count increases Bella Domani will be prepared to serve any additional guests with a price adjustment.

Q: When is my final payment due?
A: Final payment is expected the day of the event.

Q: Is assigned seating necessary?
A: No it is not necessary, it is up to each client.

Q: What if we have special seating requirements?
A: You should let your caterer know of any special seating requirements so that arrangements can be made in advance.

Q: Do you provide centerpieces?
A: Yes centerpieces may be available upon request.

Q: What type of decorations are allowed?
A: We allow flower arrangements, candles, balloons, lighting or any free standing decoration

Q: Is there an additional room charge for exceeding original contracted time?
A: If allowable, additional hall use charge will be $250.00 per hour.

Q: Is there any additional fee for the bartender?
A: There is no additional fee for the bartender on an open bar. For a cash bar if sales are less than $200.00 there will be a $40.00 fee applied.
